The microwave drying equipment adopt overall non-contact heating of the material by microwave. With advantage of fast speed, high efficiency and heat the material both inside and outside simultaneously, the original color and nutrients of the product are largely maintained. Microwave can do sterilization when drying the fruits and vegetables.
