After many times of inter-turn pulse voltage test and ground withstand voltage test in the manufacturing process, It is also treated by Germany's advanced vacuum pressure impregnating solventless paint equipment and process (VPI). Therefore, the insulation performance of the motor is excellent and reliable, the mechanical strength is good, and the moisture resistance is strong. The wound rotor is made of Class F insulation.
YR series slip ring motor bearings are available in both rolling and plain bearings, depending on the motor power and speed. The YR series is a basic series with a protection rating of IP23. YRQF series (IPW24) and YRKK/YRKS series (IP44 or IP54) can also be derived according to the order.
