JONSN DX gear metering pump, is also called dosing pump, can apply to high viscosity medium delivery, automatic feeding system, laboratory equipment, thin film machinery, extruding machine, glue dispenser, coating machine, hot melt adhesive equipment, painting equipment, PU equipment, drug filling system, chemical metering system and pilot plant test installation etc. which need the conditions of accurate measurement and stable flow.We are the professional precision gear metering pump.

1. Pump body: stainless steel, alloy steel, tantalum alloy, duplex stainless steel, hastelloy.
2. Gear: duplex stainless steel, nitrided steel special material & coating customized, shape could be straight gear, skewed gear or herringbone gear.

• High wear-resistance:  By the use of high quality bearing grade PEEK modified material (confidential formula), relevant data is available. Wear resistance is ☆☆☆☆☆ by using of nano-ceramic shaft while using SS316L is ☆, and ceramic is ☆☆.
• Long time operated under 100ºC ambient temperature.
