Denetlenen Tedarikçi The flat top tower crane features stable operation and reliable management due to the adoption of various advanced technologies. It is configured with diverse devices like the hydraulic self-propelling device, frequency converting slewing device and a series of reliable safety devices like hoisting height limiter, slewing range limiter and multifunctional limiter. It is thus easy for this heavy lifting equipment to control the hoisting capacity, load moment and trolley traveling range more precisely. Additionally, multiple electric safety devices such as anemoscopes and obstacle lights effectively prevent the breaking of trolley axles.
The PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) adopted by our aerial equipment can timely diagnose the cause of breakdowns. The frequency converter easily realizes continuously variable speed regulation and greatly improves the stability, reliability, and operability of the control system as well as the work efficiency of the flat top tower crane.
QTP5010-5 Tower Crane is a new type of construction tower equipment that is researched and designed by Institute of Building Mechanization of China Academy of Building Research based on large formwork construction technology. It has the following characteristics:
1) Lifting multiplying factor switchover automatically, without operator's intervention.
2) Ahead of all domestic competitors, we are the first manufacture to adopt lifting rope verticality limit mechanism, which decreases the lifting rope vertical angle under free load lifting mode, and highly improves the tower crane steering performance.
3) Our tower sections are exchangeable, which provide our customers more conveniences.
4) We adopt to use Dual drawbars structure on lifting boom, which enables the lifting boom to be under no stress at lifting surface other than uniaxial stress, and moreover, it gets rid of the stress peak. It greatly improves the fatigue safety performance of lifting boom.
5) Adopts VVVF stepless speed variation device for lifting, radius changing and slewing mechanisms, to make sure it works steadily and effectively, it also lowers the maintenance cost.
6) The equipment adopts to use non-contact computer control system, which provides the high reliability and full functions to avoid drivers' miss-operation.

2. Electrical control system
With PLC control, the electrical control system enjoys better reliability and safety. Produced by professional manufacturers with advanced foreign technology, the electrical elements feature service lives that are 3 or 4 times longer than that of domestic products, less faults, easy maintenance and repair as well as reliable operation.
3. Technical features
• TThe crane boasts of multiple operation modes and wide application. The crane can work in different forms: stationary crane with embedded outriggers, stationary crane with under-frame, stationary crane with embedded bolts and crane anchored to wall, thus being applicable to various construction projects.

• The crane features high working speed and excellent speed regulation performance. Stepless speed regulation by frequency control, the world's most advanced solution, is adopted for the trolleying mechanism and slewing mechanism, thus ensuring more stable and reliable operation ;
• The cab is independently installed externally with good vision and large inner space, thus offering a good working environment for operators;
• A variety of safety devices are equipped, which are all mechanical or mechatronic products that are applicable to severe working conditions, so as to ensure the tower crane's reliable operation.
