The MEGAJET MJ-LM CP-375 buckle press is a
hydraulic equipment used to buckle pipe
fittings, with a buckle pressure of 375 tons. It
can perfectly buckle 6 layers of steel wire and
2-and-a-half-inch hydraulic hose in batches, with
industrial pipes up to 6 inches in size. It
applies contraction force to the matching
metal joint through the mold of the clamping
machine, firmly pressing the metal joint onto
the high-pressure pipe of the matching
engineering machinery.

1. The forward and backward movement of the compressor piston and the mold's opening and
contraction movement rely on the power generated by hydraulic power sources.
It not only moves smoothly and returns quickly, but also does not experience the phenomenon of spring
return, which makes the mold unable to open and lock. Moreover, the oil cylinder locking system is
designed to be front and rear connected, making it easy to clamp various irregular elbows.
2. The hydraulic system consists of a motor, oil pump, solenoid valve, pressure regulating valve,
and hydraulic valve, forming a dual hydraulic oil circuit with forward and backward movement.
In addition, a fast oil discharge valve oil circuit is added to the dual hydraulic oil circuit to achieve
faster return, with adjustable speed, reduced noise, and system pressure.
3. In terms of electrical control systems, the control circuit is suitable for PLC circuits,
which are easy to inspect, maintain, and replace single.
4. The clamping mold and mold seat adopt a non-cumulative error processing technology to
ensure that the spacing of the clamping lines of the products after clamping is uniform and
there is no phenomenon of large or small ends.
5. To achieve permanent mechanical accuracy and lifespan of the locking mechanism
components, not only high-quality alloy steel materials are selected, but also unique heat treatment
processes are adopted. So the longer service life of the buckle press is closely related to the
rationality of material selection, heat treatment, mechanical processing technology, and structure!

value of the micrometer, the squeezing automatically stops, and the electromagnetic directional valve is
reversed, plungers in the oil cylinder move in the opposite direction, the mold opens, and the clamping
of the rubber hose is completed.
