Hydrogen-containing silicone oil, under the action of a metal catalyst, can be cross-linked at an appropriate temperature to form a waterproof film on the surface of various substrates, widely used in fabrics, fire extinguishing agents (dry powder), paper, metal, leather, wood, glass, cement ,  marble waterproofing agent, anti-sticking agent or anti-corrosion agent, etc.


1. Solid silicone rubber - used as bridging agent, anti-yellowing agent and coupling agent in high temperature mixing silicone rubber (HTV).

2. As a cross-linking agent for addition-type liquid silicone rubber, Si-C bonds are formed under the catalysis of PT.

3. Used as waterproof agent (water-repellent agent, water-repellent agent) in waterproof clothing and waterproof gypsum board. Under the action of metal salt catalyst, it can be cross-linked to form a film at low temperature, forming a waterproof film on the surface.

4. The surface treatment of MgO (electrical grade MgO) plays an insulating role.

5. In the textile and garment industries, it can be used as softener, water-repellent agent, hand feel improver, sewing thread lubrication, chemical fiber spinneret lubrication and clothing lining aid, etc.

Shelf life and storage:

Store in a cool, dry place under the condition of keeping the original package sealed. The storage period is 12 months from the production date; the expiration date is indicated on the label of each batch of products.

 

The product must be kept tightly sealed during storage. If it is not sealed and stored, or the packaging container with poor sealing is replaced, the product may deteriorate.
