Formal steps for floor paving:
1.Spread moisture-proof film (mulch film): first lay a mulch film of more than 2.0mm, and align the films without overlapping. Use waterproof adhesive tape to seal the interface, leaving a margin of 5 cm around the wall; if it is a solid wood baseboard, The edge of the wall needs to be raised by more than 50mm (preferably the same height as the skirting line).
If it is used for geothermal floors, first floors and large shopping malls, a 0.6 mm thick film (greenhouse film) must be laid under the mulch film, and the joints of each two films should overlap by 200 mm and be sealed tightly with tape. Also leave about 2 centimeters around and fold it against the wall.
2.Formal laying:
1) Pre-laying: Unpack the floor before installation and place it according to different textures to test the laying effect. (Select floors with messy textures or large color differences and lay them under the bed or in an inconspicuous area);
2) Try to install the first row of floors from the door side of the room. In order to prevent the natural expansion of the floor, a 4-10mm expansion joint should be reserved between the wall and the floor, with the side with the tongue facing outward. Add special pads (should be removed after paving is completed).
3) Method for installing the floor: "Long first and then short, press first and then push": First press the male groove completely into the female groove, push the long side of the floor 45 degrees from outside to inward and insert it; then press the short side male groove completely Insert it into the female slot and use the same method to insert it diagonally and push it inwards. Continue to use the above method to install other floors from the first floor...
4) Please note that during the installation process, when installing the last piece of the first row, you need to take the floor to measure the remaining part, and the floor needs to be measured in reverse. Special care must be taken when processing special shapes such as room door frames. Mark first and then cut.
5) When installing the second row of floorboards, insert the tenons on the short side into the grooves of the previous row of floors, and gently insert the tenons on the long side into the corresponding floor grooves.
6) If there are gaps, you can use a rubber hammer to assist in paving.
7) On average, the installation status is checked once every four rows laid to ensure that there are no abnormalities in the installation;
8) When installing the last row of edges, whether to use material head splicing or whole board cutting, the user's opinions should be solicited to explain the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods; after the installation is completed, you must move back and forth to ensure that the overall floor is not loose or loose. There is a sense of suspension and no abnormal sound when stepping on it.
9) After the floor paving is completed and there are no abnormalities, take out all the special pads at the reserved expansion joints.
10) Install the skirting board: The skirting board should hold down the remaining amount of plastic film around it and cut off the excess plastic film with a blade. When installing the skirting board, you must make a Yin and Yang angle and there must be no falling off. The gap between the skirting board and the door frame is ≤2.0 mm. , the skirting board seam gap ≤ 1.0 mm, the skirting board interface height difference ≤ 1.0 mm; when installing solid wood skirting, the drilling holes on the wall must be at the same height (500 mm apart), and the pipelines in the wall and the nails of the skirting must not be damaged. The eyes must be filled with putty of the same color to make them beautiful and smooth.
11) Install the buckle: First, confirm the installation position of the buckle and measure the size of the buckle. The installation requirements of the buckle strip should be perpendicular to the door cover, the screws should be tightened, the buckle strip should be stable without making any noise, the bonding should be firm and the appearance should be guaranteed.
