Q: How can I get sample?
A: We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship via your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to us, we will ship with our account. It takes about 3- 5days to arrive at your hand.
Q: Can I make my own design?
A: Of course you can. We can customize the bag to your style and put logo or pattern in the way you like,such as silk print, digital print, sublimation , embroidery , embossed ,rubber tag, plastic label, woven label,puller mold…etc.
Q: How much is the sample setup cost if I make my own design?
A: For samples with normal silk printing, we charge usd40.00 per design and offer 2pcs samples; For samples with other kinds of printing, cost will be offered upon your detailed requirements.
Q: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A: you can provide AI, CRD or PDF, JPG, etc. if you can also offer physical sample , that will be great !
