Function
Nisin can effectively inhibit the growth and reproduction of many gram-positive bacteria that cause food decay, especially has a strong inhibitory effect on the heat-resistant bacillus and listeria. It is a natural food preservative with high efficiency, non-toxic, safe and no side effects, and has good solubility and stability.

Application
Nisin has a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity, which can be greatly enhanced in conjunction with integrators. It has been used as a preservative for video, antibacterial agent for toothpaste in daily chemical products, preservative and deodorant for cosmetics.
