The ball mill is a key equipment for grinding materials, widely used in powder-making production line such as cement, silicate sand, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc.
Ball mill can grind various ores and materials with dry type or wet type. There are two kinds of ball mills, grate type and overfall type due to different ways of discharging material.
Ball mill is the key equipment for grinding after the crushing process, which is widely used in the manufacture industries, such as cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics and can be used for the dry and wet grinding for all kinds of ores and other grind-able materials.
The ball mill is composed by feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control).
The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine is with stable and reliable working condition.
Moreover, according to different materials and discharging methods, there are dry ball mills and wet ball mills for choice.
The electro motor drives the cylinder to rotate through the reduction gears and the peripheral rack wheel reducer transmission, or the low speed synchronous motor directly drives the cylinder to rotate through the peripheral rack wheel reducer transmission.
Inside the cylinder, there are proper ore grinding media-steel rod. Under the eccentric force and frictional force, the ore grinding media are lifted to a certain height and fall down in the state of dropping.
The materials to be ground continuously go into the cylinder from the ore feeding mouth and are crushed by the moving grinding media, and then are discharged by the overflow and the force of continuous feeding to go to the next procedure.

Cylinder takes overall annealing process, eliminating welding stress and prevent deformation.
Flanges on both ends of the cylinder adopt large CNC lathes and special processing technology which fully guarantee concentricity.
The hollow axis adopts the cast steel;
The lining can be replaced;
Rotating adopts casting rolling gear;
The barrel body is wearable
