PRODUCTION PROCESS:
PACKAGE & LOADING:
-By pieces or by bundle or by pallet, as requested, suitable for sea transportation.
These Packages are normally customized as clients' requirement. With high quality, it can load more heavy scaffolding and stack up for 5 levels thus can reduce more space in warehouse.
Advantage: High quality pallets for long time usage
Cost Level: Higher
Markets: Europe, America, Australia
Surface: Q235 Painted or Hot Dip Galv or Powder Coated.
This type package made by 48mm pipe, also can load heavy steel props, but just can stack up for 3 levels better. It is easy to load and unload.
Advantage: Easy to use;
Cost Level: Cheaper pallet;
Disadvantage: Can't fulfill too long time usage

Surface: Painted or Black
This is normal package way: by bundle with steel strip & wood block, all wood we used are non-fumigation.
Advantage: Cheap;
Disadvantage: Not much easy to load & unload.
This package way is whole by pieces.
Advantage: Cheap & Load more pieces in container.
Disadvantage: Take more time and manpower, not easy to load & unload & stock.
