QB Explosion proof double girder girder electric overhead traveling crane, the lifting unit is a hook, It is usually to be used to explosive environment. It mainly consists of lifting trolley,bridge frame,long traveling unit,hook and wire rope,magnet system, cabin and electric control system,etc.
The explosion proof has special design on crane wheel,hook and wire rope to avoid spark happening,.
It has reasonable structure,light dead weight,low noise,easy operation and maintenance,low maintenance frequency and cost,superior performance,long service life.
QB Explosion proof double girder girder electric overhead traveling crane Normal capacity are 5t,10t,16t,16/3.2t,20/5t,32/5t,the span is 10.5m-31.5m, lifting height 16-20m, working class is A6.

Epoxy zinc-rich primer painting for one bottoms and two sides of 120μm thick, to achieve a long lifespan, beautiful appearance and good luster.
The girder and end beam are connected together by high strength bolts to ensure the structure strength and precision of the whole machine.
The end beams are equipped with flat wheel or double rim wheels, anti-friction bearings, buffer blocks and derailment preventing plate.
