Medium frequency vibrating screen is a kind of high performance, low energy consumption, slurry special filter machine developed according to the characteristics of slurry filtration and sieving and the needs of the market. Medium frequency vibrating screen commonly used model for 1 meter sieve machine, commonly used screen mesh number 40 mesh, 60 mesh, 80 mesh, 100 mesh, 120 mesh and other different specifications, mainly according to the ceramic slurry made of different types of tiles, such as high-grade tiles with screen mesh number is 100 mesh or 120 mesh, while ordinary square tiles can use 60 mesh or 80 mesh.
Using a meter sieve machine processing capacity of about 3m³ / h, more than one side by side use. (The model is too large, it is not convenient to change the screen, and the screen replacement cycle is short, the large number of screens to change the screen will cause waste)
Structural principle
The principle of IF vibrating screen is different from that of ordinary screening equipment. Medium frequency vibrating screen adopts medium frequency vibrating motor. Medium frequency vibration destroys the tension on the surface of the material in the pulp, so that the material vibrates at medium frequency on the screen surface, which increases the contact probability of the separated material and the screen, so as to carry out better screening and separation.
