Product Description

Product Name: Germany-China Cooperation Color Foam/CCM/RTM polyurethane high pressure foam machine.

RTM Process:
A preformed fiber part is placed in the mold, and then epoxy resin and polyurethane acrylic resin are injected into the mold cavity through a high pressure metering distribution system, and the product is hardened by heating and stable pressure.

Two (or more) components are fully mixed in the mixing head by high pressure process, and piston or axial piston pumps are selected according to different raw material systems (epoxy resin, polyamide, polyurethane), as well as special metering pumps for corrosive materials.
