The valve mechanically detects the operation of the poppet motion control switch of the electromagnetic reversing valve, and sends an electrical ON/OFF signal. In this way, it has the function of monitoring (monitoring) the spool action status, and can be programmed according to its ON/OFF signal or used as an information source for safety confirmation. In the future, machines will be required to comply with international standards (ISO 12100) and JIS standards (JIS B9700) for machine safety.
1) The contacts of the switch have a mechanical response to the movement of the poppet, with few insensitive areas, and almost no temperature drift (fluctuation caused by temperature changes) and hysteresis (response potential difference).
2) The function and performance of the valve are exactly the same as the standard poppet solenoid directional valve except the monitoring switch function.
