PVC/PVG Solid woven conveyor belt

1. Descriptions:

The integral belt core for the conveyor belt is used as a strong skeleton layer in the PVC/PVG flame-retardant conveyor belt with a fabric core for coal mines. It is formed by weaving polyester industrial filament or nylon filament and cotton yarn.
PVC type flame-retardant conveyor belt is made by impregnating the whole belt core and plasticizing to form a belt embryo, and then coating the PVC paste with the scraping method, and then re-plasticizing; or adopting the extrusion process, the whole belt core is impregnated and formed by plasticizing. With embryo, it is formed by extruding and laminating plastic covering glue. PVG-type flame-retardant conveyor belt adopts extrusion process, the whole belt core is impregnated, plasticized to form a belt embryo, and it is formed by extruding and laminating rubber cover rubber.
2. Features:

The whole layer does not delaminate, high strength, small extension, impact resistance, friction resistance and tear resistance. The conveyor belt is self-extinguishing to flame combustion, has excellent flame-retardant properties, and has good antistatic properties.

4.Application
It is suitable for conveying materials under wet and water conditions with an inclination angle below 20 degrees.
