1.Strong antibacterial ability, especially to cause food spoilage of mold, bacteria and yeast strong action

2.Potassium cinnamate is an effective antiseptic and a natural inducer for differentiation of various cells, which has the health functions of anti-fatigue, promoting metabolism, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, dilating blood vessels, maintaining excitement and lowering blood pressure.

3.Potassium cinnamate has anti-tumor effect, anti-mutagenic activity in vitro, and can inhibit carcinogen induced tumors in rodents

4.Potassium cinnamate can reduce blood lipid while lowering blood glucose, suggesting that potassium cinnamate has a certain role in the prevention and treatment of diabetes and its complications.

Product  Application

It is mainly used for preservation and preservation of carbonated drinks, fruit juice drinks, canned products, dairy products, sauce and vegetable products and so on. The dosage is suggested to be 0.1-0.5% according to different processes. It is the best substitute for sodium benzoate.
