Oil-immersed transformers provide numerous benefits, making them the superior choice for various applications. Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability, grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the core is of a new design, featuring a full oblique joint and multi-stepped sections. This innovative structure ensures uniform sections for both the core and the iron yoke, contributing to the overall efficiency and performance of the transformer.

Winding: Our winding technology employs a corrugated oil passage design, eliminating the need for immersion paint processes. With the use of tightening belts, the windings are secured as concentric coils. High-voltage windings come with taps that align with voltage requirements, which connect to the tap changer mounted on the box cover, allowing for voltage adjustments after power disconnection.

Safety protection device The 30-2000kVA transformers are equipped with a pressure relief valve and, according to user preferences, can include a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals. This ensures the utmost safety and operational reliability.

Oil temperature measuring device: For precise temperature monitoring, the transformer includes a glass thermometer tube holder, positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. Transformers within the 1000-2000kVA range also feature an outdoor signal thermometer, ensuring consistent temperature management.
