Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability, grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core represents a next-generation design. Featuring a fully oblique jointed structure, it boasts a multi-stepped core section. Both the iron yoke and core are engineered with equal sections to maximize efficiency and performance.

Winding: The winding system incorporates corrugated oil passages and a paint-free immersion process, secured with tightening belts. These concentric coils include high-voltage windings with taps that meet specific voltage requirements, which are connected to an easily accessible tap changer mounted on the box cover. Voltage adjustments can be made post power cut-off, ensuring flexibility and convenience.

Safety Protection Device The transformer, ranging from 30-2000kVA, is outfitted with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with both alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user specifications, enhancing operational safety.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Equipped with a glass thermometer tube holder, the transformer features a tube seat located at the top of the oil tank that extends into the oil by 120±10 mm. For transformers between 1000-2000kVA, an outdoor signal thermometer is included to monitor and ensure optimal operating temperatures.
