Iron Core: Crafted from high permeability, magnetic grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core represents a new era in transformer cores. Featuring a fully oblique joint and a multi-stepped core section, both the iron yoke and the core maintain equal sections, ensuring optimal magnetic performance and structural integrity.

Winding: Our windings utilize a corrugated oil passage and a non-immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design features high-voltage windings equipped with taps that correspond to specific voltage requirements, seamlessly connecting to the tap changer. The switch, mounted on the box cover, allows for voltage adjustments post power supply cutoff, ensuring adaptability and precision.

Safety protection device Transformers ranging from 30-2000kVA are equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user specifications, providing an extra layer of safety and operational reliability.

Oil temperature measuring device: To ensure accurate temperature monitoring, our transformers feature a glass thermometer tub holder positioned at the top of the oil tank, extending into the oil by 120±10 mm. For transformers within the 1000-2000kVA range, an outdoor signal thermometer is included, offering precise temperature readings and enhanced operational oversight.
