The corresponding bars can be configured according to different raw materials and screening positions to ensure customer needs.

Processing range:
1. Deviation of slot width should be controlled within 0.02mm.
2. Chroming thickness is 0.20-0.30mm.
3. Surface hardness is more than HRC 60-66(HV700-900)
4. Plate area:0.4-23m²
5. Flange: SUS304
6. Wedge bar material: SUS316L
7. Slot size: normally 0.25mm

The most proper wedge wire will be selected based on different raw materials and screening position to develop good performance and achieve optimized screening cut by meeting customers' demands. Our material of wedge wire is using SS316L and no fiber string after mechanical polishing, while good machining ensures good matching of wedge wire and support ring, which ensure evenness for screening cut.
