Product Description
Polyethylene wax (PE wax), also known as polymer wax polyethylene wax. It is widely used because of its excellent cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance. In normal production, this wax can be added directly to polyolefin processing as an additive, which increases gloss and processing properties of the product. As a lubricant, it has stable chemical properties and good electrical properties.

Application
1. As a dispersant in the processing of color masterbatch, widely used in polyolefin color masterbatch. It is soluble in polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene and other resins, and has excellent external and internal lubrication.
2. PVC profile, pipe, composite stabilizer in PVC profile, pipe, pipe fittings, PE.PP molding process as dispersant, lubricant and brightening agent, enhance the degree of plasticization, improve the toughness and surface smoothness of plastic products. It is widely used in the production of PVC compound stabilizer.
3 ink light resistance and good chemical properties, can be used as the carrier of pigment, can improve the wear resistance of paint, ink, improve the dispersity of pigment and filler, have good anti-sedimentation effect, can be used as paint, ink flatting agent, so that the products have good luster and three-dimensional sense.
5. Used as lubricant of cable insulation material, cable material can enhance the diffusion of filler, improve extrusion molding rate, increase mold flow, and facilitate demoulding.
6. Hot melt products are used for all kinds of hot melt adhesive, thermosetting powder coating, road sign paint, marking paint, as dispersant, have a good anti-settlement effect, and make the products have a good luster and three-dimensional sense.
7 Rubber as rubber processing AIDS, can enhance the diffusion of filler, improve extrusion molding rate, increase mold flow, demoulding convenience, improve product surface brightness and smoothness after removing film.
