Working Principle of Peanut Blanching Equipment
The steam heating cooker uses steam as the heat source. The material is transported to the cooking area by the conveyor belt in the front section. There is a steam pipe at the bottom of the cooking tank and a steam outlet on the pipe. After the steam is introduced, the steam can be evenly dispersed in the steam tank, so that the temperature in the tank is even and there is no dead angle.
The bottom of the electric heating cooking machine is equipped with an electric heating tube and multiple sets of temperature control devices. The front and rear sections of the equipment are equipped with temperature controllers to ensure that the temperature of the front and rear sections of the equipment is consistent. The equipment is covered with an exhaust gas outlet, from which excess exhaust gas is discharged. The material advances in the cooking tank at a constant speed through the conveyor belt, and the running speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted according to the cooking time.

The whole walnut blancher machine consists of two parts: the boiling section and the cooling section. Using steam heating, or electric heating, the temperature can be adjusted to 99 ºC. The conveying adopts frequency conversion motor with adjustable speed, which can be adjusted for different products. The whole machine is made of food grade 304 stainless steel, which is anti-corrosion and anti-rust. The conveyor mesh belt can choose stainless steel mesh belt and stainless steel chain plate according to the requirements.
