INDICATIONS
For the short-term treatment of moderate pain, especially post-surgical pain, when intravenous administration is clinically indicated for the treatment of pain or high fever and other modes of administration are not suitable. It is also used for the short-term treatment of fever.
Adverse reactions
Common adverse reactions were mainly local pain at the injection site (10%). Adverse reactions with an incidence of less than 1 in 10,000 include dizziness, malaise, mild allergic reactions such as erythema or urticaria, thrombocytopenia, leucopenia, anaemia, hypotension, elevated transaminases and contact dermatitis. There have been reports of emergency shock and contact dermatitis and severe allergic reactions in health care workers.
