The microcomputer-controlled color code tracking system of the trademark corrector ensures precise and dependable operation, coordinating paper feeding, wrapping paper, heat sealing, knotting, and more. The result is a visually appealing, neatly packaged, and securely sealed lollipop.
The electric control system incorporates a photoelectric tracing circuit, stopping the paper simultaneously if there are no candies at the start of the machine, thus preventing paper waste. The candy can be properly packed even with curled paper. A step motor is used, allowing the paper feeding speed to adjust automatically based on the machine's speed.
With imported components like converters, PLCs, rotary encoders, photoelectric switches, and a user-friendly interface, the FLD-ball offers intuitive operation and convenient maintenance.

5. Testing &training:

The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be FREE. But the buyer should be
responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, board &lodging and $30/day/person for the pocket money to our
technicians.
6.Warranty:
The seller guarantees the quality of the products for 12 months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, and
problems or defaults happen on the hard parts of our machinery ,the seller will replace the parts or send the technicians to the
buyer site for repairing and maintenance at the seller's cost(free).But if the defaults are aroused by defaulted operations, or
the buyer need the technical assistance for processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost
