The double-layer composite oil pipeline system is a petrochemical equipment with new technology and new materials. Compared with the traditional single-layer steel oil tank and single-layer seamless steel pipe oil pipeline, it has outstanding advantages in physical properties, corrosion resistance, intelligent monitoring and operation of materials.
The double-layer composite oil pipeline uses new composite materials. All pipelines, joints, tees and other components are prefabricated in the factory. The finished pipeline components can be directly assembled on site. The construction process is simple and efficient. In addition, the double-layer pipeline system is also equipped with a leakage monitoring alarm device, which enables the core process flow of the entire gas station from the oil tank to the fuel dispenser to achieve full online monitoring, ensuring the safety and quality management of the gas station.
