Introduction of Vegetarian Meat Machine

The Soya Chunks Machine production line is the company in the extrusion equipment production experience based on the combination of advanced equipment at home and abroad. The main raw materials of the production line are non-fat soybean meal and peanut meal. After stirring and squeezing, layer fiber tissue is formed. Process of Soya Chunks Machine:

To lift the materials to extruder feeder automatically.
3.Twin screw Extruder  Auto Protein meat processing line 
To cook the soyabean meal and extruded in different shapes.
4. Air conveyor 
Take the extruded snack into oven or drying
5. Dryer/Oven 
To reduce the moisture of extruded protein snacks.
5. Cooling Conveyor
To cool down the extruded protein snacks and send to next equipment.
6. Packing Machine
Pack the soya protein in different size bags.
