Powder Coating Ovens are used for curing powder on metal substrates, such as aluminum extrusions, sheet metal, wheels, composite parts, bike frames and various metal geometric shapes. When a thermoset powder is exposed to elevated temperature, it begins to melt, flows out, and then chemically reacts to form a higher molecular weight polymer in a network-like structure.

The heating elements are installed to the bottom and two sides of the oven, ensure the temperature is uniform in the oven.
1 set of steel rail for pushing the trolley in and out. 4 pcs of wheels and 2 pcs of beams for making the trolley for workpiece loading.
Rock wool sandwich panel, 100mm thick, density is 120kg/m3.
Outside is colorful steel, 0.426mm thick, inside is galvanized steel, 0.426mm thick, anti-flame and heat-insulation.
Control cabinet includes oven temperature setting, holding time setting, over indication, power switch, power indicator, working indicator, heating indicator.
