Filter fabrics, Industrial Filter Cloth  , Filter Press Belt  for horizontal vacuum filters are used for filtration of Fine inorganic suspensions, especially in the mining industry,power plant FGD system material dewatering  and for gypsum filtration in flue gas desulphurization (FGD) plants.
2-100 micron filtration micron filter precision  is available . 

ECOGRACE  PET monofilament and multifilament yarns (multifilament yarns filling apertures in the monofilament) filter press belt fabric with very fine filtratoin precision for very fine particales .

Monofilament Filter fabrics is mainly applied for the medium fine particles . Very good filter efficiency , smooth surface , easy washing . 

ECOGRACE Mono/ Multi filter fabrics and Monofilament filter cloth belt , they have great filtration and mechanical properties (including high bending resistance), which makes them suitable for wide belt filters with high demands on mechanical properties of the fabric.

Filter fabrics for vacuum belt filter press  contain the stainless  clipper seam or the clipper seam with a textile overlap. Textile overlap prevents the cake from leaking into the filtrate and eliminates vacuum losses.

FGD-MTs (55 - 80 CFM)
FGD-MTs is a new generation double layer filter fabric designed for filtration of gypsum slurry in FGD plants.
Excellent filtration and mechanical properties of the filter fabric are due to the unique fabric construction.
