Crossover sub is mainly used in oil, gas and geology drilling process to connect with other drill stem parts. It is connected of upper drilling tools and lower drilling tools. It has well structure and well property. Because of the different connecting components, there are different requirments to crossover subs. It has "A", "B" and "C" type.

Circulating sub is installed in the top of drilling stem. The upper thread is connected with circulating system of casing, tubing, and union thread to circulate the drilling fluid. It divided into casing circulating sub, tubing circulating sub, union circulating sub and tee sub.

In rotating drilling process, the rotating power of drill bit is from rotary rig platform or top-drive equipment through the drill stem. In the process of directional, drilling because of the friction between drill stem and well wall or drill stem and casing, it is difficult to transfer the rotating power, especially in horizontal well. Because of the loss of torque, it will effect the rig efficiency and reduce the rig drilling power. The friction between drill stem and well wall or drill stem and casing will reduce the life of drill stem and casing, also the wellwall will become irregularity. Because of the loss of passing torque, it should increase the torque load of drill stem in order to keep the drilling torque on bit. So it will reduce the drill stem's safety factor. All these will effect the safety, quality and rapid drilling.
Wear sub can valid resolve the above mentioned problems in the process of oil and gas drilling. It can reduce the drilling torque and friction between drill stem and casing by rotating drilling. So it can protect the casing and drill pipe.

The oriented straight sub mainly cooperates with bend housing motor for directional drilling. Make the clinometerseated in directional bond sleeve,it is used for deflecting, torsional azimuth, side tracking and correction of vertical well in directional well. The oriented bent sub is a major power deflection tool, the power drilling tool exerts a continuous lateral force on the drill bit under the action of oriented bent sub, so that the drill bit continuously cuts the wall of the well laterally and further drill into a curved well trajectory.
