Thermal Spray Wire is widely used in arc and flange flame spray systems, highly anti-corroision and anti-high temperature,
coatings to resist heat and prevent scaling of conventional low alloy steels,bond coats for improving the adhesion of top
coatings,coatings on moulds in the glass industry.

Nickel Aluminum 80/20 thermal spray wires can be use as bond coatings and requires minimal surface preparation. Bond strengths in excess of 9000 psi can be achieved onm grit blasted surface. It show good resistance to high temperature oxidation and abrasion, and excellent resistance to impact and bending.

Nickel Aluminum 80/20 is widely used as bond coat for subsequent thermal spray topcoats and as a one step build up material for dimensional restoration of aircraft engines. Nickel Aluminum 80/20 thermal spray wires can equivalent to: Tafa 79B, Sulzer Metco 405.
