HCEB seris optical coating system is a flexible platform for fast, precise and fully automated thin film coatings.The purpose for any optical coatings is to modify the transmittance and reflectance of the substrate. It includes: AR,UV/IR cut-off filter, anti-fouling film, metal film, hard AR, decorative coating, ITO film, dichroscope, polarizing resin, band-pass filter, RGB filter, HR film etc.
 



E-beam gun evaporation coating:
-High-precision optical multilayer film on glass/PC/PMMA substrate
-The substrate umbrella stand adopts a central rotation mode (revolution) to reduce vibration and particles.
-Using our unique ratio control medhod and multi-point on-line monitoring, it can form high-precision and stable optical multilayers.
