Ürün Açıklaması

Aluminium sheet is a new kind of building decorative materials for more and more population among the customer, Aluminium wall panel is lighter than the iron and steel, also, It's waterproof, fireproof and much popular decorative building materials.
Aluminum plate refers to the aluminum material with a thickness of more than 0.2mm to less than 500mm, a width of more than 200mm and a length of less than 16m, which is called aluminum plate or aluminum sheet. Aluminum plate refers to the rectangular plate rolled from aluminum ingot, which is divided into pure aluminum plate, alloy aluminum plate, thin aluminum plate, medium thickness aluminum plate and pattern aluminum plate.

Surface Production Requirements

 

1) Cracks, corrosion spots and traces of nitrate are not allowed on the surface.

2) Peeling, bubbles, surface roughness and local mechanical damage with depth less than 8% of the nominal wall thickness of the defect location are allowed on the surface, but the maximum depth of the defect shall not exceed 0.5mm, and the total area of the defect shall not exceed 5% of the total area of the plate.

3) The supplier is allowed to polish the profile longitudinally until the surface is smooth.

4) Other requirements: prepared by the demander and the supplier

5) The surface of the aluminum plate is bright, without scratches, and the plates pressed out by the machine are few.
