Description of ceramic rubber wear plates
Ceramic rubber wear plates are embedding alumina ceramic tiles in energy absorbing rubber or polyurethane matrix, and both bond to steel backing plate or chloroprene bonding layer via hot vulcanizing for easy installation.
Ceramic rubber liner can also be produced with magnets, installed by magnets
Energy-absorbing rubber or polyurethane cushions help reduce impact energy and prevent ceramic tiles breakage.
