General description
Yx3 Series Compact high efficiency high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor (Frame No.355-560) is a newly designed product. This series of motors has the characteristics of beautiful appearance design, reliable operation, small size, low noise, high efficiency and energy saving. The power grade, installation dimensions, and electrical performance of this series of motors comply with the national standard GB755 Rotating Motor Rating and Performance, and the IEC standard of the International Electrotechnical Commission. The motor energy efficiency complies with the Grade 1 energy efficiency specified in GB30254-2013.
The mechanical dimensions and tolerances of all parts of the motor shall comply with the corresponding standards of the national standardization organization ISO in the national standard GB1800-1804. The enclosure protection grade of the motor is IP54 according to GB4942.1 and IEC60034-5 Classification of Rotating Electrical Machinery Structure and Protection Grades (IP Code). Other protective lamps can also be produced according to user requirements.
Structure specification
YX3 series adopts a full radiator frame, which has high mechanical strength and good rigidity. The motor has high efficiency and good economy. Class F insulation, VPI overall impregnation process, main insulation and conductor turn to turn insulation have high impact strength. Solid centrifugal cast aluminum rotor or copper bar rotor are used to ensure the reliability of the motor. The fully enclosed design protection grade is IP54 or IP55. The external fan of high-speed motor is unidirectional fan, which has low noise and high wind pressure. The motor is not allowed to reverse.

Features
This motor can be processed by the anticorrosion anti-mould-proof process to derive outdoor (W) and outdoor corrosion protection (WF) motors. High efficiency, energy saving, low vibration, small size, light weight, reliable performance and easy installation and maintenance. The frame is made of steel plate being welded up into form of square tank shape with light weight and firm rigidity. Stator is an outer-press-assembly structure. The stator winding is F grade insulation at the winding's end part being firm banded. The whole stator has been treated with VPI technology to make stator with a robust body and good electric and moisture proof. The rotor can be developed into casting aluminum rotor or copper bar rotor. The copper cage rotor guide bar and end ring are welded by intermediate frequency, and the copper guide bar diameter groove is treated with solid technology to make it have high reliability.
