Shipping and Signature

We provide worldwide shipping. All items will be shipped by EMS, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, CHINA POST.

EMS: Item shipped from EMS, will reach most of the destinations within 5 to 8 days.
DHL: Item shipped from DHL, will reach most of the destionations within 3 to 6 days.
UPS: Item shipped from UPS, will reach most of the destionations within 3 to 6 days.
FEDEX: Item shipped from FEDEX, will reach most of the destinations within 3 to 6 days.
TNT: Item shipped from TNT, will reach most of the destionations within 3 to 6 days.
CHINA POST: Item shipped from CHINA Post, will reach most of the destinations within 20 to 30 days.

1. Delivery time depends on the destination and other factors, it may takes up to 30 days. If you don't receive the item after 30 days, please contact us, and we will investigate and solve the delivery problem.
2. Our company's products go through strict QC control, please be assured on the procurement of goods.
3. Upon arrival of the goods please check for the integrity of the package for any damage before you sign off to the courier.
4. Although we will make every effort to ensure safe delivery of very items, we appreciate you understand we do not control the courier. Problems occured during the shipping process are beyond our control. Hence we seek your kind understanding to withold negative feedback due to shipping problem.
5. Kindly note that anyone can sign off for the courier. So please do not sign off if there is problem with the integrity of the package. If you find the package to be not satisfactory please do not sign off, and take a picutre of the package involved and send it to us. We will help to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

2. If you find the product you received are not of satisfactory quality, please let us know and send it back to us within 7 days. We will send you a replacement as soon as stock is available. Kindly note that we can only provide you with a replacement and not refund. Buyers will need to bear the shipping cost.
3. If the product you received is found to be defective, please email us a picture of the defective product. We will send you a replacement as soon as stock is available. (Buyer assume shipping cost). Or we will offer you a refund of the product price if stock is not available. (Kindly note that we are unable to refund shipping cost. )
