It consists of automatic powder coating booth with reciprocator and automatic powder coating gun,powder recycling unit,powder supplying hopper, electrical/diesel/LPG fired curing oven,conveyor unit and control panel.

It has a large size and height, so you factory should have enough space. It is better that the height of your factory should not be less than 8m.



The first step is pretreatment:
he powder coating pretreatment include mechanical or chemical:
Mechanical cleaning includes methods like scratch brushing and sand blasting.
Chemical cleaning includes removal of dirt, oil and grease.
