Product Description

ZJD series hydraulic oil purifier is widely used in the fields of electric power, metallurgy, mining, machinery, chemical industry, communications, manufacturing, food stuff for purification or regeneration of hydraulic oil, shafting oil, refrigerator oil, machine oil, die-casting oil, air compressor oil, gear oil, anti-wear hydraulic oil, emulsified oil, high water content oil ect. waste oil or contaminated oil, as well as injection molding oil, cylinder oil, textile knitting oil, high speed machinery oil, high precision lube oil.

ZJD series machine can remove 99.9% of the particles greater than 5 microns meters(if higher precision, then needs to customized according to demands) in the used hydraulic oil, machine oil, refrigerator oil after the first treatment, and the moisture content to 100ppm. When using once-through treatment, the output oil can be used again. When treat the used oil repeatedly, this series machine can further reduce the level of pollution and remove the moisture content of the device thoroughly.

Working principle

When ZJD hydraulic oil purifier starts, firstly contaminated oil enter into heater, secondly flowed into pre-filter under the difference pressure, in which the large impurities are removed. Thirdly oil goes into intermediate filter. Fourthly oil flow into water separator, the water separator adopts a special skill which changes the change the impaction of oil and water to speed up trace water and coagulate big water which is separated from oil and stored in water content. After that, oil passes through the fine filter and fine particles of matters is removed during the process. finally oil flows into vacuum pump which use stereo-evaporation removing residual trace of water and steam is condensed in the condenser or expelled out by the vacuum system. the oil was transported out by oil pump. The purification process has finished.
