Q1: Are you available to supply samples for qualification?
A: Yes,  we could supply free samples of standard designs for our customer's qualification, but shipping cost to be collect.
In addition,  customized samples are available as well, however, we will charge you the mold cost, plate cost and sample cost if needed.

Q2: Do these pepper grinder mechanism are eco-friendly?
A: Yes, all parts included of the pepper mill mechanism are eco-friendly and free of harmful substances, all of them are tested by 3-parties per FDA and LFGB regulations.

Q3: What trading terms can you offer? 
A:  In common case, the trade term we offer is EXW, FOB and CIF.  Of course, we could reach customers' specific requirement, like DDU, DDP and DAP.

Q4: What payment term can you offer? 
A: We regularly ask" advance payment" at the beginning stage of business, a better payment term would be offered along with mutual-trust built.

Q5: Why is my pepper or salt grinder not working?
A: You screw the adjustable knob too tight.  This is a very common problem, particularly if you like your pepper or salt ground fine. But tightening the knob on top too forcefully means the spice may not grind. In fact, you can even damage the burr mechanism and prevent the grinder from working at all.

Q6: Are these items durable?
A:  One of our South Africa customer ever performed the wear-resistant test with 50,000 cycles, and found the ceramic grinding mechanism in a good condition.
