1.Construction: Frame, full overlay, 1/4" reveal on the side and 1/2" reveal on top & bottom.

2.Material:

   1  Door&drawer front:  3/4"thickness Solid Russian birch, shaker style, 2 3/4" stiles & rails

   2  Face frame:   1/2"x3/4" Solid Russia birch

   3 The carcass:All with CARB P2 standard plywood with wood veneer. 

                        A).Side panel,floor, top :1/2"plywood,

                        B).Shelves;5/8"plywood, 10 1/2" depth for base cabinet , 10 1/2"depth for wall cabinet

                        C).Back panel: 1/4" plywood with 3" x 1/2" frame.

                        D).Drawer box: 5/8" solidwood with 1/4" plywood floor.dovetail joint

   4 Hardware:  A). White undermount glide( upgrade to soft closed under mount glide charge $4.3per drawer)

                         B). 4 ways conceal Hinge( upgrade to soft closed hinge charge $0.33 per hinge)

                         C). Handles are excluding

3.Finish: Box-UV clear coating for interior, UV coating for exterior(same color as door).

A: Normally production period depends on order quantity, usually, it is about 40 working days after receiving the deposit.

A: T/T30% deposit before production and 70% balance against the copy of B/L or LC at Sight.

A: Yes, though we mainly make plywood cabinets to guarantee the high quality, we are also pleasures to custom make particle board or MDF cabinets to save your cost.
