Component Of Machine
Hydraulic decoiler
Supporting the coils and doing uncoiling It adopts the hydraulic oil cylinder to make the decoiler expandable and fit to the inner
diameter of coils. Motor drive the coils running and can do forward and reverse running as well as do the decoiling with tension.
Remark: The decoiler is customized, according to different coil weight and coil width, decoiler color and voltage.
Leveling device
Feeding width: Adjustable,max 1500 mm Shaft material: 45 # steel
Leveling roller : 11 rollers,up 5 down 6 with one pair of feeding roller.
Leveling type: 5-HI level,the precision is higher than normal one.
Remark: The leveling rollers diameter and quantity will designed according to your material and thickness.
