Denetlenen Tedarikçi ASME SA106 is the standard specification for seamless carbon steel pipe applied for high temperature services. It includes three grades A, B and C, and common use grade is A106 Grade B. It used in different industries not only for pipeline systems like oil and gas, water, mineral slurry transmission, but also for boiler, construction, structural purposes.
ASTM A106 Grade B pipe is equivalent to ASTM A53 Grade B and API 5L B on chemical position and mechanical properties, in general use carbon steel and yiled strength minimum 240 MPa, tensile strength 415 Mpa.
SA106B is steel for boiler steel pipes, SA106B is the American standard, and the standard ASME SA106M is implemented.
Mainly used to manufacture high pressure and higher parameter boiler pipe fittings, low temperature section superheater, reheater, economizer and water cooling wall, etc. Large-diameter pipes are used as steam pipes, headers (economizers, water walls, low-temperature superheaters and reheater headers) with wall temperature ≤450ºC, pipeline accessories with medium temperature ≤450ºC, etc.
Most of the large diameter pipes in 300MW boilers use SA106C. The parts used by this steel in the Iranian furnace (referring to a single unit) are the steam connection pipe (quantity is 18 tons), the economizer to the drum connection pipe (15 tons), the centralized descending pipe (190 tons), the water wall collector. tank (35 tons), superheater header (22 tons), reheater header (6 tons).

1. Materials: Take the raw materials out of the raw material warehouse or procurement channels, and conduct inspection and sorting;
2.temperature control: according to the required performance of the product, choose the appropriate temperature, and control it within a certain range;
3. Heating: Use hot blast stove or other heating methods to heat raw materials to the required temperature;
4.annealing: the heated raw materials into the torch box for annealing treatment, in order to improve the mechanical properties of raw materials;
5. Hot rolling: Put the heated raw materials into the hot rolling mill, and process the raw materials through pressure to obtain the required products;
6.cooling: hot rolled products with water or other coolant for cooling, to ensure the stability of the product structure;
7.detection: physical and chemical performance test to determine whether it meets the requirements;
8. Finishing: Organize the products, label them, and prepare them for loading and delivery.
