Denetlenen Tedarikçi SA 210 is a ferritic grade used in high-pressure and temperature systems. The SA 210 Grade A1 Boiler Tube is made up of a chemical composition consisting of 0.27% of carbon, 0.93% manganese, 0.10% silicon, 0.035% phosphorous, and sulfur. These tubes possess good resistance against corrosion and have good mechanical properties. The SA210 A1 Boiler Tube has a tensile strength of minimum 415Mpa and a yield strength of minimum 215Mpa. These tubes can be easily elongated by 30% and possess 79HRB maximum hardness. In the ASME SA 210 Seamless Boiler Tube, no welds or joints are used in its production. These tubes are extremely strong and can withstand high pressures up to 160 bar. The ASTM A210 Grade A1 Superheater Tube can resist and work well in extreme temperatures up to 550 degrees C. These tubes don't deform or dissociate easily and have a long life. The SA210 Tube is highly versatile and widely used in oil and gas refineries, water supply systems, sewage treatment, agricultural equipment, petrochemical, paper industries, etc.
ASME SA 210A1 Carbon Steel Seamless Tubes are Low Carbon Steel Tubes with 0.06-0.18 % carbon content with combination of 0.27-0.63 % manganese. These Tubes are also known as mild steel pipes and tubes.
ASME SA 210A1 Tubes are low-cost Tubes easy to form and shape. These pipes are manufactured as per ASME Specification and commercially referred as cs pipes or ms pipes. Low Carbon Steel Pipes are not as hard as hig carbon steel pipes,Though carburizing can increase its surface hardness.

ASME SA 210A1 specification covers minimum-wall-thickness, seamless cold-drawn low-carbon steel tubes for tubular heat exchangers, condensers, and similar heat transfer apparatus. Recommended pipe size will be developed by FerroPipe upon receipt of your inquiry. A print or sketch of the part to be produced should be included. Grade, chemical analysis and surface condition are carefully considered, and production processes are tailored to achieve the best tubing for the end use.
1. Materials: Take the raw materials out of the raw material warehouse or procurement channels, and conduct inspection and sorting;
2. temperature control: according to the required performance of the product, choose the appropriate temperature, and control it within a certain range;
3. Heating: Use hot blast stove or other heating methods to heat raw materials to the required temperature;
4.annealing: the heated raw materials into the torch box for annealing treatment, in order to improve the mechanical properties of raw materials;
5. Hot rolling: Put the heated raw materials into the hot rolling mill, and process the raw materials through pressure to obtain the required products;
6. cooling: hot rolled products with water or other coolant for cooling, to ensure the stability of the product structure;
7. detection: physical and chemical performance test to determine whether it meets the requirements;
8. Finishing: Organize the products, label them, and prepare them for loading and delivery.
