The aluminum profile photovoltaic support must comply with the following technical requirements during the production process, which can meet the needs.
1. Qualified products. There are many profile manufacturers on the market now, and the products are also uneven. In order to have a good bearing capacity for photovoltaic brackets, it is necessary to ensure that the profiles used are qualified products, which can ensure that they are still bright after 30 years of use. It can be used even in high temperature or harsh environments.
2. Scientific angle design. The installation needs a certain angle, using a flexible hinge connection with 180 degrees otation matters a lot.
3. Right designed frame structure. The frame structure is related to the load-bearing and price of the photovoltaic support, so a reasonable frame structure can save the cost of the enterprise within the load-bearing range.
4. Build a smart wire layout. The wires used on the solar panel mount should be buried in the profile groove as much as possible to facilitate management and reduce leakage.
