The VMC machining center represents a new pinnacle in CNC machine technology, meticulously crafted through advanced design concepts like ergonomics, precision manufacturing, and cutting-edge automation. Extensive engineering simulations and rigorous prototype testing have shaped this machine tool, making it indispensable across a variety of industries. From the medical field to UAVs, new energy auto parts, precision fixtures, and automation equipment components, this versatile machine is engineered for the mass production of highly precise parts.

 

Spindle short nose straight connection design, the transmission efficiency of the spindle motor to maximize cutting rigidity, improve machining accuracy, and prolong the life of the spindle.

The three axes adopt Taiwan HIWIN/PMI linear slides, offering high rigidity, low noise, low friction, and exceptional sensitivity. This combination enhances machining speed and accuracy.

The column design is elevated, providing ample space for the incorporation of fourth and fifth axis functionalities.

An international standard is adopted for pre-drawing all three axes to compensate for thermal deformation of the screw and enhance its axial rigidity and overall machine rigidity. Additionally, the table features a precision C3 silent screw.

All castings are made from high-grade Meehanna cast iron and undergo annealing to eliminate internal stress, ensuring long-lasting machine stability and precision.

The lubrication system utilizes a volume distribution valve to ensure that all lubrication points receive even oil supply, maintaining optimal lubrication and extending the machine's service life.
