Working principle

Put the whole or half package fibers into the input latticestir and break up at juncture position of spiked lattice and flat lattice and drive by spiked latticespeed of spiked lattice cooperatively with even rollers and stripper roller to control the raw material into the bucket evenlyoutside weighing bucket will control the error less than 5% in each bucket by sensor and PLCcorrect three buckets error through later compensation programoperate it on HMI

Purpose & Characteristics:
1: To loosen all kinds of fibers in bundles, then transfer them to next procedure via blower fan. It is equipped with strong magnet to absorb metal impurities. The pre-opening is by slice -style roller to reduce fiber damage.
