In addition to the zinc layer protection, the organic coating on the zinc layer plays a role in covering and protecting the color coated steel strip with hot-dip galvanized steel strip as the base material, so as to prevent the steel strip from rusting. The service life is about 1.5 times longer than that of galvanized steel strip.
