1. Slotting unit:

• The device self-locking function, the preload and quick adjustment mechanism ensures the long-term accuracy between the disc and the shaft, and reduces the cracking of the paper when pressing.
• The newly designed preload press wheel is used to protect the paperboard from failure.
• There are buttons, left and right synchronous intersections, electric axial movement, so that the upper and lower pressure line wheels, the upper and lower grooved knives are adjusted synchronously, and the electric adjusting box is highly functional.
• A planetary gear type phase adjustment mechanism with digital display function is used for electric adjustment of the slotting phase and the height of the slotting box.
• The slotting tool with high quality alloy steel is adopted, and the width of the tooth shape blade is 7mm.
• The lubrication and abrasion resistant guide block is configured to ensure the displacement of the pressing wheel and slotting cutter wheel is correct and the durability is increased.
• The operation part of the slotting panel is equipped with paper feed, turn off and main engine electric buttons, which has multi-point adjustment operation function.

Operation control:

• The electric control switch is used to adjust the axial, vertical and box height dimensions of each tool holder.
• Through the paper gap, we use hand mode quick clearance fine adjustment self-locking device.
• Equipped with emergency stop to ensure safety.

Slot phase/high adjustment of box:

• The slotting phase is 360 degrees, with positive and negative adjustment, with fast time and high accuracy.
• Phase zero device to ensure the conformance of slotting position
• The box height adjustment adopts internal gear structure electric adjustment to avoid gear oil contamination.

Scorer Line Wheels:

• High strength wire shaft, shaft diameter, 110mm, surface plating hard chromium.

Paper splitting / slotting cutter seat:

1. The whole folder gluer department

• The folder gluer machine specifications are based on the specifications of the attached printer slotter machine.

Gluing department:

• Adopt non-stop roller gluing system (optional electronic glue spray) to prevent the glue from solidifying, adapt to 2-12mm thick paperboard gluing, and easy to adjust the amount of glue.
• The paperboard gluing adjust left and right is controlled by the computer to adjust the width.
• The amount of glue can be automatically adapted to the change of machine speed, the glue is evenly distributed, and the belt speed of the upper and lower beams can be adjusted to be consistent with or close to the speed of the slotting machine to prevent paper jam.

The Folding Department:

• The front section of the origami is conveyed by the precise stereotyped guide wheel system, and the rear section is transported by the adsorption belt. This transmission mode is stable for the           paperboard walking and does not appear to be deviated.
• High-strength folding beam arm, precision traverse guiding system.
• The origami beam adjusted  left and right is controlled by computer , and can also be electrically adjusted.
• The transmission and adsorption motor is controlled by electric motor.
• The size of cardboard scissors is adjusted by belt differential.

Tidying department:

• Extend the paperboard correction time, the cardboard can be tidied  multiple times and the bond is firm.
• The pat neat of the cardboard both big and small are adjusted for the computer, and it can also be electrically adjusted.
• After the cardboard is tidied, the output is the suction belt conveying mode.
• The rear unit of tidying department can be electrically adjusted left and right.

Stack paper count tidying department:



 

• The number of count outputs can be set from 10 to 30 per pack.
• The stacking method is a belt drive stack and a bottom plug stack.
