Professional 2 ply corrugated paperboard production line machine
Structural Features:
This semi automatic 2 ply corrugated line consists of hydraulic mill roll stand , corrugated single facer machine and NC sheet cutter with stacker machine.
Corrugated single facer machine :
1. The paper guiding adopts wind adsorption, keeping the stability of flutes under the condition of high speed.
2.The width of suction slot of lower corrugated roller is not more than 2.6mm , able to reduce the stripe mark on single side corrugated cardboard.
3. The reducer casing adopts oil bath lubrication and closed gear transmission,reducing the vibration of machine.
4.This machine adopts auto-cycle glue supply and pneumatic control glue supply and return,making it be characterized by buffering effect.
5. The glue roller surface is treated with special mesh nicking and chrome-plating.
6. Upper and lower corrugated rollers are made of 48CrMo high quality alloy steel. After heat-treatment,the rigidity is HRC58-62..The surface is grinded and chrome plated.
7. Flute profile:optional by customers.
NC sheet cutter with stacker:
SC series of cylinder cutting machine, main used for cutting the cylinder paper or single paperboard to quadrangle of needing. And has the characteristics such as easy structure, convenient adjustment, long using life and so on.
