- Key functions and features
The equipment is the newest product object to three-phase kWh meter portable calibrator, featured in high test speed, convenient to use (can work without PC, many functions can be finished in shortcuts). The range of output current is wide (maximum 120A).And it able to calibrate all electronic three-phase kWh meter, three-phase multi-function kWh meter, three-phase multi-tariff kWh meter, three-phase prepayment kWh meter, all single-phase kWh meter, able to test forward /reverse active/ reactive four quadrants; able to test all man-made reactive or real reactive kWh meter.Features:- Meter and source in unity, elegant appearance, and internal 0.1%/0.05% multi-function reference meter in AC wide range, able to test all meters conveniently.
- Power source output in high stability, self-check in current open circuit and voltage short-circuit, fault alarm, software and hardware automatic protection.
- Able to test basic energy error for 3 single-phase kWh meters at the same time.
- Able to do shunt-running, starting and constant calibration test, judge test result automatically.
- Able to do influential test such as voltage unbalance, frequency, harmonic etc.
- Each meter position with six tested impulse input port, configure common cathode and common anode to match different input port.

- Main interface
After power on, LCD will appear main interface as figure 3. There are 8 menu function buttons on the right side of main interface, press corresponding function button to enter into relative sub-interface to operate; the below eight buttons are relative shortcut keys for "data". Detailed operation ways are in each sub-interface description.Figure 3 Main Interface- Error test interface
When in main interface, press "error" button, then display error setting interface (figure 4): Words of button on the right should be "U", ;'I", "Y/△", "PF", "frequency", "start", "exit" as sequence. Figure 4 Error Interface- Select meter position:
Select the first function button "meter position" in the menu on the right, in lower part of interface, yellow shortcut part for data appear "meter one", "meter two", "meter three" as sequence (figure 4), select "meter one" button, "meter one" will be ticked in meter position setting, which means this meter position has been selected; then press "meter one "button again, tick will disappear, which means the selection of this meter position has been cancelled.- Parameters setting

Set U, PF parameters as above methods. After pressing "starting" button under main interface, it will appear starting interface (figure 9), the parameter setting is the same as that of error setting parameters. Figure 9 Start InterfacePress "start" button, "benchmarking" will appear in lower part of interface (figure 10), after finishing benchmarking, appearing "benchmarking success", then input starting current, system enter into countdown (time of countdown can be set by value after T), finishing countdown, if not received impulse, display "unqualified", otherwise, display "qualified" Figure 10 BenchmarkNote: In this function, if select testing three-phase meter, then only one meter position can be selected to be tested. - Shunt-running interface

After pressing 'source controlling" button in main interface, setting interface will be displayed as figure 12:Figure 12 AC Source InterfaceFunction button in right menu are "U" voltage, "I" current, "Y/△" connection mode, "PF" power factor, frequency and harmonic setting button, below function button are accepted parameters value. If select voltage button "U" in right menu, then yellow shortcut keys will display 57.7, 100, 220, 380, figure 12 select voltage value is 57.7, then three-phase voltage Ua=Ub=Uc=57.7V, section will give out relative current value.Harmonic key enters into harmonic setting interface; source-raising key enters into power source output interface, exit key returns to main interface.Harmonic setting interface is as figure 13: Figure 13 Harmonic Setting InterfaceBelow shortcut keys "Ua/b/c", "Ia/b/c" switches between voltage and current, "odd", "even" button represents present odd and even harmonic selection. Red part in interface means present selected harmonic times. "Save" button saves present set harmonic data, "exit" button returns to AC source setting interface.Power source output interface as followed: figure 14Figure 14 AC Power Output InterfaceFunction button in right menu "U", "I", "F", "¢" means voltage, current, frequency, phase adjustment, phase and unit adjusting will be displayed in adjusting volume. Below displays detailed adjusting value, such as raise 10%, decrease 10%. "Waveform", "bar" and "vector" enter into waveform diagram, bar diagram and vector diagram. "Exit" button enters into AC source setting interface when power off. Press "Test" button when under interface, then it will display test interface. (Figure 18)Figure 18 Parameter SettingIt is the same as error test interface to set relative information of tested meter, the next interface is also relative parameters setting (figure 19), press exit to return to main interfaceFigure 19We can select relative scheme to test, there are three default schemes, users can amend or add scheme in scheme interface. Press "continue" enter into test interface (figure 20), press "exit" return to the former interface.Figure 20Press "start" to so self-check, after checking press "save" to save data(The automatic rerification if the stop in the middle,the data can not be saved), then press "exit" to return to the former interface.- Effect test interface
Press "effect" when under main interface, it will display setting interface (figure 21):Figure 21Notes: Essence of effect test is the same as error test, in above figure "reference point setting" all parameters are set for "reference point", use it as the first test point, after calculating error, comparing with error of the second point, such as in figure 22 voltage effect test, change volume of voltage is 1.1 ratio of Un, then press "start" button, error 1 will display error value of the first "standard point", then display error of "error time" continuously, next step error two will display error value of the second "1.1Un", after displaying error of "error time" continuously, then compare, error limit will not exceed error limit of "WCC'In figure 22, the voltage value effect is chose in voltage effect test. When you press "unbalance "button, you can select output voltage phase according to 'Ua', 'Ub', 'Uc' to do voltage unbalance test. In figure 23, the frequency effect, the reverse phase sequence effect or harmonic effect, as the voltage value effect, can be finished as above ways.Figure 22Figure 23- System interface
When pressing "system" button under main interface, it will display system interface (figure 24):Figure 24The user can input the value if the user need to set local constant in figure 24, after that press the confirm button. The constant value of meter will not change until shutdown or reset. The last setting is invalid when booting, and all the setting will be the default value.Figure 25In figure 25, user can set the frequency coefficient (1/2/4/8) to satisfy the requirement when the testing frequency is high. Sometimes the frequency is over 5K. The users can start the function of digital closed-loop if the degree of accuracy is needed high, otherwise we do not suggest starting the function of digital closed-loop. Please press the confirm button when finish the setting.In figure 26, please fill the meter address of electric energy meter in the "meter address" column after selecting baud rate. Users can communicate after pressing the "Meter 1/2/3" if you have open the voltage source. The result column will display communicating successful if the communication is successful, otherwise it will display communicating losing.Figure 26Calibration interfaceNote: Calibration must be done by measurement department or instrument before delivery, not-professional persons cannot operate this menu.Press "calibrate" button under main interface, it will display setting interface (as figure 27): Figure 27Figure 28In right function menu, "U", "I" means present voltage and current gear, "PF" means setting power factor, below shortcut keys display gear. As figure in 18, below displayed voltage gears are 57.7, 100, 220, and 380. Present selected is 380V. "Amplitude" and "phase" means amplitude calibration or phase calibration. Calibration process is as below: press "source rising" button, then "measurement value" will display voltage & current value or phase value. (Press "source rising" again to close power supply), and then input value of reference meter at standard value, as figure 28.Figure 29Then press "calibrate" button to do calibration. (Press calibration button again to stop calibration and close power supply) as figure 29:In measurement value, if voltage and current displays in red, which means it is calibrating, if some phase has finished calibration, it will return to original color. After all phase finishing calibration, it will stop calibration automatically and close power supply, calibration of this point has been finished. "Exit" button will stop calibration automatically and close power supply then return to main interface.Interface of Time setting When pressing "Time setting" under system interface, it will display setting interface (figure 30):Figure 30Select time and date via Tap, if cursor focusing on time, then press "Tap", cursor will focus on data setting.We can use number keys to input time, also use up and down keys to set, use left and right keys to set time, minute and second;After time setting success, press "confirm" to save.The query interface of test result as follow (graphic 31)Figure 31 Figure Test Result Query (Memory Device)The instrument which has been checked list on this interface. If you want to turn to another page, you can press the button "Next Page" or "Previous Page". If you press the button "Query", the test result query interface will show. Press the button "Delete", it will delete the selected file. The button "Back" means turn back to main interface. When you press the memory device button, the checked data will be copied to the memory device and the data will be in the directory "work" of root directory. If the memory device does not exit or can not be read (The system is Linux, please choose the memory device which Linux can support.), it will return false.Figure 32This interface displays test result of kWh meter, which displaying test point and tested error. "Previous page" and "next page" to scroll, "exit" means return to query interface of test result.4.9 Scheme interface
When press the 'Scheme' button, scheme interface will display (figure 33)Figure 33"Qi" means starting and shunt-running interface setting, press: cancel" means cancel the scheme, save means save present scheme, exit means return to main interface. - To operate conveniently, there are three shortcut keys on nameplate; starting test" "shunt-running test ""error test", you press any one to get right interface.
- "Button only work on power factor.
- If testing three single-phase meters at the same time, please connect kWh meter in meter position one with phase A, kWh meter in meter position two with phase B, kWh meter in meter position three with phase C, meanwhile, to guarantee test accuracy, please open digital closed-loop function in system setting.

Button descriptionThere are 40 buttons on front panel, according to functions they can be divided into function keys, shortcut keys, number/letter button and direction button.Function keys are the eight ones close to right LCD, in different interface the eight buttons with different functions, detailed functions will be corresponded with LCD display.Shortcut keys are "error test" "starting test" "shunt-running test", shortcut keys can enter into relative test interface.Number/letter keys are 0-9, "."
